Allied Roofing Consultants perform the following with diligent attention to detail:

Provide timely, thorough assessments of existing conditions and system status, including structural and moisture investigations as required. Thorough, independent and professional assessments provide our Customers with the objective data necessary to make informed decisions and understand the long-term implications of those decisions.

Understanding the Customer's business model and objectives, we provide proper system design and selection, correct design specifications and comprehensive construction documents for installation of new or replacement roofing and/or waterproofing systems. High quality, tightly defined project requirements result in more competitive bidding or negotiated project pricing; whether the Customer's business needs dictate a short term, inexpensive solution or a long term, best life cycle value solution, the project requirements must be thoroughly and professionally defined in order to make the project a success.

Provide project management encompassing pre-construction and progress meetings, assurance of conformance to contract documents and specifications, processing of progress payments and final inspection, and transmitting all guarantees, affidavits, releases of bonds and waivers to the Customer.
